Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Huntersville, NC is seeking a full-time Surgical Technician for our upscale plastic surgery center. You will manage instruments, supplies, and circulating support during procedures.

Typical hours are 6am–6pm, four days a week, with duties including sterile field setup, passing instruments, and preparing the OR for the next patient. The role emphasizes patient safety, teamwork, and strict sterile technique.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of surgical tech experience.
• Plastics in a private office setting a plus.
• Surgical Technologist Certification preferred.
• Confident and skilled.
• Knowledge in sterilization and processing.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, checks, and opens supplies and equipment needed for the surgical procedure.
• Set up sterile back table and Mayo stand with instruments, supplies, equipment, and medications/solutions needed for the procedure.
• Anticipates the needs of the Surgeon by passing instruments and supplies to Surgeon during procedure.
• Assists with draping the patient and establishing the sterile field.
• Cleans and prepares instruments for terminal sterilization.
• Assists other members of the team with terminal cleaning of room.
• Assists in prepping the OR for the next patient.
• Anticipates additional supplies needed during the procedure.
