Avera Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery is seeking a Regular full-time physician to provide and manage direct medical evaluation, diagnosis, procedures, and patient care within a defined practice area.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, perform required procedures, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care while maintaining thorough documentation and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor – Board of Medicine licensed and qualified to practice medicine in the state that services are provided, board certified or board eligible.
• Doctor of Osteopathy – Board of Medicine licensed and qualified to practice medicine in the state that services are provided, board certified or board eligible.
• Federal Drug Enforcement Admin – DEA license (state and federal) based on state of practice.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients according to medical staff approved protocol and acceptable standards of practice.
• Provides medical services and health education to patients and family members, promoting health responsibility.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Interprets diagnostic information and formulates an appropriate plan of care.
• Maintains patient records and ensures accurate information.
• Collaborates with care team to coordinate referrals and care delivery.
• Ensures safety, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Medical Doctor - Board of Medicine Licensed and qualified to practice medicine in the state that services are provided and board certified or board eligible
