The PA role includes direct patient visits under supervision, engagement with residents and NP/PAs, and participation in educational activities, performance-improvement initiatives, and community activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with NCCPA certification.
• AZ State Board PA registration required.
• Active BLS/ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care in Plastic Surgery as part of the care team.
• Possess ability to practice autonomously with outpatient clinic and caseload.
• Collaborate with residents and supervise students in education activities.
• Demonstrate leadership through committee involvement and performance improvement initiatives.
