Endeavor Health is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join its Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery practice. The PA will deliver postoperative care, perform office-based procedures, and manage new consultations with autonomy. Collaborative work with plastic surgeons is emphasized, with some OR involvement each month.

The role is primarily outpatient with a portion of operating room duties, offering a hybrid work model and travel to Northbrook/Evanston/Highland as needed.

Qualifications

• APN/PA licensure in IL required.
• Master’s level training in a plastic surgery specialty.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Postoperative care for reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.
• Office-based procedures and selected new patient consults.
• Performance of OR assist duties 2–3 times per month.
• Coordinate daily clinical operations with nursing staff.
