Job summary

The role includes management of cosmetic and reconstructive patients, acting as a first assistant in the operating room, and collaborating with a multi-specialty plastics team to optimize patient outcomes and education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required; ANCC certification preferred.
• Licensed as NP in GA or PA with valid licensure and credentialing.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide standalone patient care in weekly clinic.
• Examine patients and diagnose surgical needs.
• Review medical history and plan procedures with physician lead.
• Complete preoperative steps including informed consent and scheduling.
• Perform postoperative visits and ambulatory procedures as needed.
• Assist in the operating room.
• Support Plastics clinic education programs.
