Job summary

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join our growing practice in northern California. This is an exceptional opportunity for a surgeon interested in a high-volume clinical environment, strong referral base, and collaborative multidisciplinary care.

SMG offers two-year income guarantee with productivity bonus potential and a pathway to transition to productivity-based compensation.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with ACGME Plastic Surgery residency.
• Microvascular fellowship training preferred, but open to qualified candidates.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork.
• Interest in building a long-term practice within a collaborative group.

Responsibilities
