Job summary

Curative is seeking a Plastic Surgeon for reconstructive and cosmetic surgery in Western Maryland (Hagerstown). Join an established medical group with a diverse case mix including reconstructive, cosmetic, trauma, and cancer reconstruction, with strong institutional support and academic involvement.

The role offers a well-balanced schedule (4 clinic days, 1 OR day), supportive multidisciplinary teams, and generous compensation including a guaranteed base salary of $600,000 plus RVU bonus

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Interest in reconstructive, cosmetic, trauma, and cancer reconstruction surgery.
• Passion for academic medicine, teaching, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and APPs.
• Teach and mentor medical students and residents.
• Maintain a balanced schedule with clinic days and OR time.
