Job summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a Full-Time Plastic Surgeon based in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will perform reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, evaluate patients, and provide post-operative care. Ideal candidates will hold an MD or DO degree, be board certified or eligible in Plastic Surgery, and possess a valid medical license. You will work weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient care. Successful applicants will also supervise clinical support staff.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the U.S.

Job Title: Plastic Surgeon
Location: Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr., VAMC1030 Jefferson Avenue.
Position Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
Key Responsibilities:

Perform reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery procedures within scope of VA privileges.

Evaluate and manage patients in outpatient clinic and inpatient consult settings.

Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up care.

Participate in surgical call coverage.

Document all care using VA’s CPRS system within 72 hours of patient encounter.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.

Supervise or coordinate with support personnel, including Physician Assistants.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.

Active and unrestricted license in any U.S. state or territory.

Minimum of one year of experience in plastic surgery practice.

Current BLS certification (ACLS may also be required).
