Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery and licensed to practice in the United States.
• Experience in aesthetic breast and body surgery preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a sustainable practice.
• Willingness to work across multiple locations and develop new markets.

Responsabilités

• Delivering high-quality aesthetic plastic surgery, with a focus on breast and body procedures.
• Performing procedures such as breast augmentation, mastopexy, breast reduction, abdominoplasty and body contouring, aligned with your training and clinical scope.
• Developing and growing a surgical practice, supported by an established business infrastructure.
• Contributing to the development of a practice through patient relationships, reputation building and clinical excellence.
• Taking an active role in shaping the direction and growth of your practice.
• Exploring opportunities within existing locations or helping establish a new practice in a suitable market.

Year 1: $300,000–$600,000 basic salary (dep on experience) plus production-based compensation.

Year 2: $1 million + OTE

We are representing a growing, surgeon-led plastic surgery group seeking ambitious Plastic Surgeons to join its expanding network of practices across multiple US markets.

The Role:

• Delivering high-quality aesthetic plastic surgery, with a focus on breast and body procedures
• Performing procedures such as breast augmentation, mastopexy, breast reduction, abdominoplasty and body contouring, aligned with your training and clinical scope
• Developing and growing a surgical practice, supported by an established business infrastructure
• Contributing to the development of a practice through patient relationships, reputation building and clinical excellence
• Taking an active role in shaping the direction and growth of your practice
• Exploring opportunities within existing locations or helping establish a new practice in a suitable market

The Ideal Candidate:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery, with the appropriate qualifications and credentials to practise in the United States
• Experienced in, or strongly focused on, aesthetic breast and body surgery
• Commercially aware and motivated to build a successful, sustainable practice
• Personable, collaborative and committed to delivering an excellent patient experience
• Open to discussing different practice models and locations
• Entrepreneurial in mindset

Locations:

Multiple locations across the United States are being considered, with flexibility to explore the right market based on the surgeon's background, clinical interests and long-term ambitions.
