What You’ll Bring

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited plastic surgery residency or equivalent qualifying training.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Plastic Surgery, consistent with applicable requirements.
• Expertise in one or more areas such as breast surgery, body contouring, facial aesthetics, and comprehensive rejuvenation.
• Excellent consultation, communication, and patient relationship skills.
• A commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience.
• An active Washington medical license or the ability to obtain one.

Starting compensation: $350,000+ annually, depending on experience, qualifications, surgical expertise, patient volume, and other job-related factors. Performance-based or incentive compensation may also be available, subject to the applicable compensation structure.
