Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA-C) to join a two-surgeon team and an additional APP. You’ll manage skin cancer and reconstructive cases, seeing 12–14 patients daily for pre/post op and new consults.

Clinic location is Park Avenue Clinic in Denver with privileges at St. Joseph Hospital. Expect four 10-hour days and a comprehensive benefits package with relocation assistance up to $7,500.

Qualifications

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program.
• AANP or NCCPA certification.
• Active Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain one), BLS and DEA.
• Ability to complete Intermountain credentialing process.

Responsibilities

• Work with two plastic surgeons and another APP.
• See patients seeking skin cancer treatment and reconstructive procedures.
• See 12–14 patients per day for pre/post op and some new patient appointments.
• Relocation assistance up to $7,500 based on distance.
• Hours: four 10-hour days (40 hours/week); clinic at Park Avenue Clinic, Denver with privileges at St. Joseph Hospital.
