Job summary

Intermountain Health in Logan, UT seeks a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or PA-C) to join two plastic surgeons and another APP, delivering breast and body contouring, hand and nerve procedures, skin cancer treatment, and reconstructive care. The role includes clinic pre/post op and some new patient appointments, as well as assisting in the OR.

Relocation assistance up to $7,500 is provided; licensure and credentialing are required plus a CME

Qualifications

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program.
• AANP or NCCPA certification.
• Active Utah medical license, BLS certification and DEA.
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• Prior surgical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• See pre, post op and some new patient appointments in clinic.
• Assist in the OR and coordinate with plastic surgeons and other APPs.

Education
