The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in manufacturing with exposure to extrusion or blow molding, and basic hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Manufacturing Process Technician or similar role.
• Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment preferred.
• Ability to read specifications and verify bottle weights and dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of extrusion and blow-molding equipment in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
• Monitor equipment and adjust settings (heat, water cooling, hydraulic pressure) to ensure quality outputs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Ensure Plastipak customer requirements by conducting quality checks on products.
