Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastics manufacturing equipment while following safety, quality, and production standards.
• Load, unload, sort, stage, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the production process.
• Inspect plastic parts for quality, dimensions, defects, and compliance with specifications.
• Monitor machine performance, identify basic equipment issues, and communicate concerns to leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting daily production goals and production schedules.
