Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Operator for its plastics manufacturing client in Omaha, NE. The role supports the production department, focusing on safe, accurate operation of equipment and adherence to quality standards.

You'll load and move materials, inspect parts, monitor performance, and contribute to daily production goals. Available shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with overtime and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use basic computer systems to enter and track production and quality information.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastics manufacturing equipment while following safety, quality, and production standards.
• Load, unload, sort, stage, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the production process.
• Inspect plastic parts for quality, dimensions, defects, and compliance with specifications.
• Monitor machine performance, identify basic equipment issues, and communicate concerns to leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting daily production goals and production schedules.
