Job summary

Western Industries Plastic Products LLC in Winfield, KS is seeking Production Associates to trim molded parts, inspect quality, and package finished goods on a blow mold production line. The role requires standing on the production floor, participation in safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Openings include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with overtime as needed. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour, with weekly pay and holidays as part of the benefits

Qualifications

Experience trimming molded parts with hand or power tools.
Ability to identify non-conforming products and report to supervisor.
Ability to perform rework as necessary.
Ability to box, package, label with accurate counts.
Maintain clean and safe work area.

Responsibilities

Receive and trim molded parts from extractor using hand and/or power tools.
Identify and report non-conforming products to supervisor.
Complete assigned rework as necessary.
Box, package or pallet finished products and label with accurate counts and required information.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
