Pay and Schedule

Pay: $21.00/HR (+$1/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL ONCE TRAINING IS COMPLETE)

Schedule:

1. 12-hour NIGHT shift 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
2. Work Mon/Tue, off Wed/Thu, work Fri/Sat/Sun...
3. Off Mon/Tue, work Wed/Thu, off Fri/Sat/Sun... then repeat.
4. Only work 15 days a month!
5. Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend!
6. One week you work 48 hours, the next 36 hours
7. Total of 84 hours for a pay period (76 regular hours & 8 overtime hours), paid bi-weekly

Job Responsibilities

• Operate pelletizer machine to convert regrind into pellets
• Operate forklift consistently
• Unload regrind boxes into pelletizer
• Stage boxes of pellets
• Follow all safety requirements and report unsafe conditions or broken equipment
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Additional duties as required

Qualifications

• 1-year manufacturing experience required
• Forklift experience required
• 1-year extrusion machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English; Bilingual is a plus
• Must recognize colors
• Knowledge of extruders, printers, reelers, quality control standards, and product specifications is a plus

Physical and Occupational Requirements

• Lift over 100 pounds with assistance (crane or forklift)
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Climb ladders and work at heights
• Work in or outside the warehouse, up to 12 hours per shift
• Wear PPE at all times
