Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Plastic Manufacturing Technician to handle packaging, labeling and visual quality inspection on the production line. You will also assist Line Operators with start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes, collaborating to meet production goals in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety.
• Ensure quality by conducting final visual inspections and labeling all finished goods.
• Track quantity of units produced from the production line to ensure efficiency.
• Package pipe to be delivered to customers according to SOPs.
• Maintain a safe working environment with proper PPE usage.
• Assist with line tooling changes, start-ups, shutdowns and downstream equipment setup.
• Learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements.
• Practice continuous improvement for the line and facility housekeeping.
• Invest in career growth through company training programs.
