Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines consistently.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to monitor, record and maintain production data.
• Effective communication and teamwork to support production staff and maintenance personnel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in plastics or packaging industry a plus

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and package them to meet quality standards.
• Weigh, label, and document shipments as required.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow SOPs.
• Operate forklift or material-handling equipment safely when applicable.
• Document production data and report issues promptly.
