Job summary

ALPLA Lima Plant is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Operator to join our line. You will be responsible for delivering production to packaging in accuracy and within quality specifications, and you will log outputs and issues that occur during shifts.

You will work with the team to make color and material changes as needed, assist with equipment changes, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. We provide hands-on training and growth opportunities within a global leader in sustainable packaging.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated mechanical ability preferred.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee line from production to packaging and ensure correct quantity.
• Record goods produced and problems encountered during shift.
• Ensure product meets all quality specifications and perform line clearance.
• Assist with mold/color changes and support mold change team as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe working practices within the department.
