Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Technician in plastic injection molding.

• Experience with mold qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ, PPAP).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine start-ups, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Develop, document, and maintain molding tolerances and process standards.
• Analyze machine performance data to identify and implement improvements.
• Train and support Set-Up Technicians.
• Collaborate with Quality, Tooling, and Production teams.
