Job summary

VENTURE PLASTICS INC in El Paso, TX is hiring Press Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will operate plastic injection molding machines, inspect parts, trim, assemble, label, and package products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Press Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with plastic materials and understanding of plastic molding processes.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining various press machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform trimming, assembly, labeling, and packaging tasks.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
