Job summary

Cardinal Staffing Services supports 21st Century Plastics in Potterville, MI by recruiting Warehouse Production Associates for plastic injection molding operations. The role involves trimming, assembly, visual inspection and packaging in a clean, well‑lit warehouse.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd with training on 1st shift. Overtime and some Saturdays may be required; opportunity for growth and long‑term advancement in a steady manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible based on company needs.
• Must pass testing with a score of 80% or higher.
• English comprehension is required, both spoken and written.
• Must be able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
• Must be dependable and have good attendance.
• Must be able to work overtime, including some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Trim, assemble, inspect, and package plastic molded products.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
• Learn and operate multiple machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety, production, and company policies.
