• Continuously monitor machines in cycle, verify proper operation, and adjust parameters as needed to maintain performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic preventative tasks to keep equipment running optimally.
• Inspect finished parts, confirm quality standards, and make process tweaks to correct any variances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Track raw material levels and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work area throughout the shift.
