Plastic Hand Surgeon Opportunity - Academic Affiliation - Wayne Health

Wayne Health, previously Wayne State University Physician Group, is in the heart of Detroit, MI. It is a non-profit, multi-specialty academic group practice. They are currently seeking a BE/BC Plastic Hand Surgeon to join their over 400 dedicated physicians and advanced practice providers offering a full spectrum of care. You'd be joining a team of 6: 2 Surgeons for Adult Plastics, 4 for Children's Plastics, and 1 for Hand at the Adult Central Campus and Children's Hospital of Michigan.

Opportunity details:

  • 2 weeks of hand call per month
  • 24/7/365 plastics call (Unrestricted)
  • Support by Wayne State Residents
Requirements:
  • Licensed M.D. or D.O. Board eligible
  • BC/BE Plastic Surgery training from an accredited program
  • Hand Surgery Fellowship
  • Additional training in hand surgery and/or microsurgery is a plus
Potential for academic appointment with Wayne State in the future.
