• You will report to supervisors on status and progress of work and causes of work delays.
• You will use various measuring instruments to cut or weigh out proper quantities of materials.
• You will have to be completely SHT qualified.

• This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You may be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.

• Demonstrating knowledge of a wide variety of plastic and elastomer materials in order to determine the materials need to use in manufacturing and repairing of items.
• Performing duties common to the trade such as mixing and applying adhesives to surfaces, cut fiberglass, Plexiglas, and more.
• Setting and operating machinery used for rubber removal such as Ultra-High water jetting tools, fixed drills, molding machines, open roll mills, and more.
• Ensuring that necessary materials, tools and any other supplies needed to perform work is available.
• Reading and Interpreting blueprints, sketches, drawings, and Process Instructions (P.I.).
