Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to safety policies and practices.
• Responsible for quality and adheres to manufacturing process requirements and the Quality Policy.
• Builds product by following certified processes and meets manufacturing goals and metrics.
• Gains a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and related principles.
• Collaborates with team members and cross-functional groups to drive metrics.
• Maintain records in Shop Floor Paperwork, training records, PDM, SAP, and related systems.
• Able to learn to set up equipment to meet process specifications.
• Interpret quality specifications via SPC and understand tight tolerancing with measurement equipment.
• Participate in Focused Factory cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Follow all company and site policies and training requirements.
• Demonstrate understanding of SAP basics and extrusion troubleshooting.
