Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Willing to work onsite five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and practices.
• Maintain quality and adhere to manufacturing process requirements and quality policy.
• Assemble product by following approved processes and meet goals.
• Learn Lean Manufacturing concepts and apply them.
• Be flexible to rotate within the team and across functions.
• Maintain records in SFP, TRS, PDM, SAP, and PEO as directed.
• Learn to set up equipment to meet process specs.
• Interpret quality specs via SPC and understand tight tolerances with measurement tools.
• Contribute to Focused Factory cross-functional teams to improve metrics.
• Follow all site policies and required training (QS Basics, RTK, Lean, Extrusion 101).
• Demonstrate basic SAP functions and troubleshooting for extrusion.
• Plan and prepare equipment to meet customer requirements.
• Provide CI suggestions.
