Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in machine operation.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• No immigration sponsorship or work authorization provided.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within Williamsport, MD area (within 50 miles).

Responsibilities

• Start up and operate plastic extrusion manufacturing equipment.
• Manufacture products ranging from custom extrusions to ZipMate zippers.
• Set up jobs with dies, adapters, breaker plates, and screen packs.
• Inspect final products for Eaton quality standards.
• Prepare the extruder and downstream equipment for the next job.
• Keep workspace clean and organized around the equipment.
