IBI Clinic in Georgia and Florida is expanding and seeking a Plastic/Cosmetic Surgeon to join a growing platform with established marketing and operational support. You will operate, convert consultations to procedures, and maximize income across multiple facilities.

Ideal candidates hold MD or DO, completed plastic/cosmetic residency, active Florida license, and 2+ years of cosmetic experience; board-certified or board-eligible is preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required for surgical licensure.
• Completion of an accredited Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residency is required.
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cosmetic/plastic surgery procedures across multiple facilities.
• Convert consultations into procedures and maximize income.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to drive volume and efficiency.
• Provide pre-op and post-op management and patient care.
