Job summary

IBI Clinic in Florida is seeking a Plastic/Cosmetic Surgeon to join a growing platform with established marketing and operational support. The role focuses on expanding surgical volume across multiple locations including Hudson and Tampa.

You will perform cosmetic and plastic procedures, manage injectables and non-surgical treatments, and lead patient consultations from planning through post-op care, with full clinical autonomy and strong growth incentives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO board-certified or board-eligible preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residency.
• Active Florida medical license.
• 2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience; ASC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures across multiple platforms.
• Provide injectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
• Lead patient consultations and treatment planning from pre-op to post-op.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to drive volume and efficiency.
