Qualifications

• MD or DO is required for medical licensure and practice.
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery or eligibility is required or encouraged.
• Active, unrestricted New York medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience performing cosmetic procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures with emphasis on patient safety and outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality surgical care while collaborating with anesthesia and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient care.
• Participate in pre- and post-operative patient care as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to safety protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Education

MD or DO

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery

Active and unrestricted medical license in New York state

Cosmetic surgical procedures experience preferred

Practice Environment

• Surgeon-centric model with full administrative and clinical support

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures
• Deliver high-quality surgical care with a focus on patient safety and outcomes
• Collaborate with anesthesia team and clinical staff to ensure efficient OR flow
• Utilize streamlined facilities designed to minimize downtime between cases
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures and patient care
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed
• Communicate effectively with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements

Education & Experience

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery or relevant surgical specialty
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or willingness and ability to apply)
• Experience performing cosmetic surgical procedures preferred
