Mia Aesthetics in Colorado is seeking a board-certified plastic surgeon to join a surgeon-centric practice with full administrative and clinical support. You will perform aesthetic surgical procedures and collaborate with anesthesia and staff to optimize OR flow.

The practice offers high patient volume and a streamlined setup designed to minimize downtime between cases, with dedicated support for lead generation, scheduling, and patient coordination.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and board-eligible/certified in plastic surgery.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the practicing state.
• Experience performing cosmetic surgical procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures.
• Deliver high-quality surgical care with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.
• Collaborate with anesthesia and clinical staff to ensure efficient OR flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient care.
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care.

Practice Environment

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures
• Deliver high-quality surgical care with a focus on patient safety and outcomes
• Collaborate with anesthesia team and clinical staff to ensure efficient OR flow
• Utilize streamlined facilities designed to minimize downtime between cases
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures and patient care
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed
• Communicate effectively with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements

Education & Experience

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery or relevant surgical specialty
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or willingness and ability to apply)
• Experience performing cosmetic surgical procedures preferred
