Mia Aesthetics is seeking a skilled plastic surgeon to join our surgeon-centric practice in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The role offers a high-volume environment with full administrative and clinical support so you can focus on delivering exceptional cosmetic results.

We provide a streamlined OR workflow, strong anesthesia support, and a competitive compensation package around $400,000 annually, with licensed U.S. practice in CO required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required for this role.
• Board certification or eligibility in plastic surgery.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in Colorado.
• Experience performing cosmetic procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures.
• Deliver high-quality surgical care with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.
• Collaborate with anesthesia team and clinical staff to ensure efficient OR flow.
• Utilize streamlined facilities designed to minimize downtime between cases.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures and patient care.
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Practice Environment:

• Surgeon-centric model with full administrative and clinical support

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures

Education & Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery or relevant surgical specialty
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or willingness and ability to apply)
• Experience performing cosmetic surgical procedures preferred
