Graham Packaging Company in Middletown, OH, is seeking an Operator to manage a line of plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment. You will ensure safe, efficient production of containers and perform routine adjustments and minor repairs.

The role requires attention to safety policies, quality standards, and proactive problem solving. You will support continuous improvement, collaborate with maintenance and shift staff, and participate in training of new Operators.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce containers safely and with high quality.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line as needed.
• Conduct basic processing on injection/blow molding machines to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and basic repairs as required.
• Monitor resin, dryer, material handling and color systems for proper processing.
• Provide on-time quality checks and document results according to standards.
• Train new Operators and support shift leads as needed.
