Salary & Benefits

Base salary range: $385,000–$513,000. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance; paid malpractice coverage; CME reimbursement and expense allowance; paid time off for sick days and vacation; a 403(b) retirement plan with Roth IRA option; public service loan forgiveness; and additional performance‑based incentives.
