Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon – Loyola Medicine
The Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery at Loyola University Health System has an immediate opening for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Plastic Reconstructive surgeon at the Assistant or Associate Professor level with expertise in microsurgery, focusing on breast, lower extremity, and lymphedema reconstruction. Join a growing faculty in a collaborative environment. A microsurgical fellowship is preferred. The ideal candidate will be active academically and have opportunities to pursue clinical research interests.
The Division's main clinical base is Loyola University Medical Center, with additional sites at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital and the Hines VA Hospital. Loyola Medicine is a quaternary care system based in the western suburbs of Chicago, including Loyola University Medical Center (LUMC) in Maywood, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital (GMH) in Melrose Park, MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, and outpatient locations offering primary and specialty care from 1,772 physicians across Cook, Will, and DuPage counties.
