Job summary

Together Housing Group is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join the Responsive Repairs team. You will perform plastering repairs in tenanted properties across Wakefield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Sheffield and Doncaster, aiming for first-time fix and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a full UK driving license and plastering certification (NVQ Level2 or City & Guilds A.C.). A flexible, customer-focused approach and knowledge of safety regulations are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving license.
• City and Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate in plastering or NVQ Level2 or higher (Desirable).
• Experience in plastering and related building disciplines.
• Commitment to high quality, reliable service.
• Literacy and numeracy to complete tickets/time sheets.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs to tenanted properties according to tickets and specifications.
• Aim to complete repairs on first visit with good workmanship.
• Keep required records (paper or electronic).
• Measure and quantify material requirements.
• Protect tenants' belongings and maintain a clean work area.
• Carry out risk assessments and ensure health and safety for all.
