Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Plasterer is required.
• Knowledge of plaster materials and techniques is a must.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans.
• Must have physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic English skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them using sandpaper or wire brushes.
• Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency.
• Apply coats of plaster or stucco over surfaces using trowels brushes or spray guns.
• Finish and smooth out the surface with hand or power tools.
• Repair cracks and holes in existing plasterwork.
• Follow building plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy of work.
• Ensure safety standards are met on job site at all times.
