Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a dedicated team member in Gainesville, FL to support sample processing and donor services. The role encompasses preparing plasma units, collecting samples for testing, and ensuring accurate records in a regulated environment.

You will work with center staff to maintain safety, quality, and efficient operations, including handling shipments and inventory, while following SOPs and 5S/Kaizen principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and fellow employees.
• Prepare plasma units for freezing and testing; collect and store samples for testing.
• Maintain freezer temperatures and remove ice buildup.
• Prepare frozen plasma units and samples for shipping following protocol.
• Organize plasma boxes and documents for scheduled shipments and assist with loading shipments.
• Manage supplies and assist with inventory control procedures.
