Role Overview

Plasma Processor (Customer Service) – responsible for collecting, processing, and packaging donor plasma samples in a plasma center, ensuring quality and compliance with safety guidelines.

Occupational Demands

Work is performed in a plasma center. Exposure to biological fluids, electrical equipment, extreme cold below 32°F, protective gear required. Standing 4–6 hours per day, bending, twisting, hand and foot movements, light lifting 15–50 lbs, hearing and vision requirements, and ability to follow instructions.

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated pay: $19.44–$21.00 per hour. Eligible for up to 4% of the company bonus pool. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, up to 5% 401(K) match, and tuition reimbursement.
