Qualifications

• Familiarity with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process donor samples for testing.
• Record product and sample weights accurately.
• Label samples and freeze units for final packing on time.
• Participate in unit management according to SOP.
• Pack units for final shipment and prepare shipping boxes.
• Monitor stored product to meet time requirements.
• Monitor and report equipment working conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and donor confidentiality.
• Build rapport with donors to support satisfaction.
• Cross-train and support other center operations.
