Job summary

Kamada Plasma in Houston is hiring a part-time Phlebotomist to support our plasma collection operations. You will perform donor phlebotomy with a focus on safety, accuracy, and donor care, reporting to the Center Manager.

The role requires attention to detail and effective communication with donors and team members. The position is approximately 29 hours per week at the center, with an hourly wage and eligibility for Kamada’s 401(k) plan for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, preferably in a plasma setting.
• Proficient computer skills for data entry and electronic record management.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable working around blood, plasma, and bio-waste.

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma from donors following established safety protocols and procedures.
• Accurately document procedures and maintain donor records.
• Provide donors with a positive, professional experience and clear guidance.
• Report to the Center Manager and follow center policies and safety standards.
