Job summary

TAE Technologies is seeking a Plasma Fueling & Wall Conditioning Scientist to advance the Particle Control Group within the Experimental Section. You will contribute scientific research on fueling, wall conditioning, and particle transport under technical direction, with opportunities for leadership growth.

The role involves designing experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating across groups to inform future fusion devices and test stands. Ph.D. required; postdoc preferred.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in physics or related field; new graduates welcome.
• Experience in plasma physics, diagnostics, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with plasma fueling systems and wall conditioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain plasma fueling and wall conditioning systems.
• Design and execute experiments on particle transport and plasma-wall interactions.
• Analyze system data and publish results.
