Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a licensed healthcare professional (EMT, LPN/LVN, or RN) to support donor safety in a plasma donation setting. You will evaluate donor eligibility, manage medical incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance, while providing a positive donor experience.

You'll work with the Center Medical Director and team to monitor donor health, educate donors on processes, risks, and consent, and ensure accurate documentation in donor charts.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed to practice in the state where the center operates.
• Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related educational program (e.g., Nursing, Physician Assistant, or advanced EMT).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and assess donor eligibility for plasmapheresis and immunization programs.
• Review donor health history and lab results to determine suitability.
