Job summary

ADMA Biologics is seeking a Technician II, Donor Center in Hammond, LA to support the plasmapheresis process and donor care. You will set up collection devices, perform donor venipuncture, monitor donors, and ensure proper labeling and documentation of each plasma unit.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, strong teamwork, and a professional, donor-focused approach. Training and ongoing learning are integral to success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with donor screening or phlebotomy is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with donors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up automated plasmapheresis machines for donor collections.
• Perform the donor venipuncture procedure and collect samples as required.
• Monitor donors for reactions during and after plasma collection.
• Maintains donor confidentiality and accurate documentation of procedures.
• Label collection bottles and ensure proper storage of plasma and samples.
• Restock supplies and keep the work area clean and organized.
