• Must have strong teamwork and effective communication.
• Experience or ability to interpret donor screening and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Set up automated plasmapheresis devices and perform donor venipuncture as required.
• Collect samples and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Monitor donors for reactions and manage donor safety throughout the collection.
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Complete all required documentation accurately for the collection process.
