Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and read donor results.
• Strong attention to safety, confidentiality, and procedure adherence.

Responsibilities

• Set up automated plasmapheresis machines and monitor donors during collection.
• Assist with donor readiness, labeling samples, and proper documentation.
• Maintain donor privacy and compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Inspect equipment, perform basic QC, and ensure proper storage of plasma units.
