Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform donor screenings per SOP and maintain donor safety.
• Willingness to learn automated plasmapheresis equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up automated plasmapheresis machines and monitor donors during collection.
• Record donor vital signs, weight, and samples per procedures.
• Defer donors per acceptance/deferral criteria and explain decisions.
• Restock supplies and maintain organization of plasma units and samples.
