Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator for Kedplasma to oversee training programs within our plasma collection center.

You’ll work with center leadership and regional teams to ensure staff are trained, certified, and compliant with FDA cGMP 21CFR and EU GMP, while maintaining accurate training records. Responsibilities include delivering training, managing the LMS, updating manuals, and monitoring SOP compliance; you will drive continuous improvement and ensure data integrity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of training experience in a customer service setting.
• Must be certified in all operational areas or complete training within 90 days of hire.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in regulated environments and adapt to cold storage areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the training process within the plasma center.
• Coordinate with center leadership and regional teams to ensure staff are trained and certified.
• Maintain training records, re-certifications, and updates.
• Manage courses in the LMS and keep training manuals current.
• Monitor SOP compliance and OSHA guidelines.
